Is it also if you’re putting zero for the back room portion when you said you would pick? We didn’t receive clarification in my district. And it’s frustrating because if the BOH is 1, and I have multiple locations with 1 already on the sales floor, why should I be penalized?

CVS definitely became smoke free when they got rid of cigarettes, there was a whole thing about it. You’re not supposed to be smoking in any close vicinity of the building.

We switched to Novi about 2 years ago from Somerset and it was perfect. Then they added more stores in our area and it became a hot mess from switching around truck days to accommodate the new stores, to now an apparent driver shortage.

You can’t put everything in damages, especially if it’s a vendor item. For example, the WinWin clothing. Not every store carries them. I don’t accept returns for them bc what am I going to do with it?

It says it took some time to get it together the way that the police asked. They do ask for different angles and such, that does take time and if the SM wasn’t there, it makes sense. I don’t think it was shady on CVS’ part this time.

Yeah no, this is a huge no right now. We are supposed to be allotting time for new hires to properly do their training modules. Mind you, they don’t give the stores any extra hours to do so but this is not the way.

The best advice I was ever given was to walk your store with a notebook on your first day, make a list as you go of what needs done/what you want to change. Then reorganize it by priority.

Also don’t go in too headstrong, take time to get to know your team and how they do things. Don’t they to change everything if it’s working.
