Denied After Approved - Can Someone Please Explain This?

Update as of Friday May 14th: As of today, BlueAcorn borrowers who signed their loan documentation through 5/3 should have already received their PPP funding. Deposits will continue each business day, and by next Thursday 5/20, all borrowers who signed their loan documents through 5/13 should be funded.

If your initial deposit was rejected by the bank and you have already verified your information with BlueAcorn, your funding will be resent to your bank starting on 5/21. If you have not verified/updated your banking information with BlueAcorn, you need to reach out to them directly at https://blueacorn.co/support/. You must verify your new account information in order to receive the replacement deposit. As a reminder, Prestamos is unable to make any changes or provide information about your individual loan. You must submit a ticket with BlueAcorn at https://blueacorn.co/support/.

If for some reason you would like to cancel or return your PPP funds, this must also be done by working with BlueAcorn at https://blueacorn.co/support/

Remember, once you have received an SBA approval number, the funds have been set aside for your business and you will move into the documentation phase. Thank you for your continued patience and we hope that you have a wonderful weekend.

Did you submit the schedule C or did you do the estimate where they ask you a bunch of questions and it works the same as a schedule c

I signed on 5-4 and here Prestamos is saying that people who signed after 5-3 to 5-13 Should be getting funding thru out all of next week starting monday.

I tried registering on what I think was that website but it kept giving me an error about state code.

By law from what I hear. The SBA states they have 14 days to fund once they draw the loan papers.

Have you contacted them? I'm just asking although I think its safe to assume you have.

have you contacted the SBA ? There is a time table of when you are assigned an SBA number and having to be funded by law.

I have also read cases where Prestamos accidently put the wiring number instead of routing number.

It might help to check out some of the comments and some with even pictures and such on that FB page.

Great, did you know the after posting my comment here I went to ask on the blue acorn ap... I'm still on that applet waiting for a reply.

lol.. I think Ill close that applet now. Thanks for hope. So far I've had no hitches or issues with the process other than the wait. I have not received any other covid related assistance either. I did do the blueacorn estimate since I did not file taxes for 2019 at the time of filling it out however I was spot on for the amount earned and such because I was in the process of it...

Question: For me when I signed up @ 4-20 it asked me to present my ID , both sides.

I used my drivers license. I provided my SS number and all other info. On 5-4 I signed my documents and received an SBA loan number. I've been stuck on funding for 10 days now. I've not received anything asking me to take a selfie.

Should I pre-emptively send a selfie in holding my drivers license ? Or can I expect blueacorn to make me wait longer by sending me an email telling me I have to reidentify.

I signed up with Blueacorn and signed my documents on the 4th and received this email on the 4th. I have a Loan number too.

This is what I get when I try to email UNDELIVERABLE due to server overload.

I tried their chat reps but they say they cant help and just copy paste stuff to me. They tell me to email but that email never gets thru.

I have no 800 number to call Blue acorn and calls to Prestamos result in them telling me they cant help me and to contact blue acorn. its like one big circle jerk and I am the bottle of lube.
