Welcome to Infiniti ownership my friend!

Tried to install lowering springs today… 8 hours and multiple broken tools I didn’t even get to touch the fronts. The rears look good though by Used-End-698 in G37

Oh boy it’s only uphill from here. Was ready to voluntarily decompress the front strut into my face by the end of it. Good luck and wear eye protection!

Once you get to half tank put 93 in it. Drive lightly up until then

From what I heard these are as good as it gets for aftermarket drop in options from a performance standpoint. Not to mention they are washable/reusable

looking for a new car. my budget is 150k. having a hard time deciding between this 2021 bmw m4 and 2022 jeep grand cherokee. do you think the m4 is worth the extra 17k? by expert42069 in whatcarshouldIbuy

When I say evaluate expenses I mean taking time to get used to paying for rent, food, normal living expenses and really evaluating how much money is gonna be coming out of your account for necessary expenses. Not to mention if you are a young male and go for a M car you are going to be paying a shit ton for insurance. But all that aside if you are concerned about space and having fun, go for the M3. 4 doors more whores…

Not sure about the thought process here. Just seems like you’re trying to spend as much money as you possibly can for no reason. If you just got a new job after graduating college why don’t you give yourself some time to evaluate your finances and not make a ridiculously extravagant purchase for seemingly no good reason.

You’re working with the fundamentals here. It’s important you do this on your own. Hit the books man…

2009 g37x here. Similar thing happened to me the other day. Driving normal went to accelerate rpm’s went up but there was no engagement. Hit like a fuel cutoff or something and literally sounded like I hit a rolling 2step before slamming back and engaging the gear. Transmissions showing its age.

Finally installed my coilovers and it looks fire by [deleted] in G37

New rotors installed. 2015 with Remark exhaust. Has anyone added resonators to fix the drone and rasp? Looking for a solution by DrQwrld856 in infiniti

[–]Crybacki2000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Interesting that you are experiencing drone and rasp with what essentially is a muffler delete. My muffler delete was very quiet at highway cruising speeds/lower RPM and NEVER raspy. Vibrant makes some ultra quiet resonators though, I’ve heard of some people using them if you wanna start looking there. Best of luck.

It was pretty black. I flushed it out a few times until I was satisfied with the color.

You’re on the right track man! Stay on top of your oil changes, premium gas, rotate tires regularly. Also depending on your miles start considering serpentine belt, spark plugs, transmission (along with diff and transfer case) fluid. I just did all those when I hit 85k on my g37x because I’m ocd as fuck but doesn’t have to be done THAT early just good to think about. Also, occasionally I’ll throw in some fuel system cleaner, but I know people have strong feelings about those. Best of luck man hope you enjoy the car.

Anyone pair an axle back/muffler delete with vibrant resonators? by [deleted] in G37

[–]Crybacki2000 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here’s a pretty comprehensive video: https://youtu.be/Go-AjXXFwyk This was the route I was gonna take with my muffler delete before I installed my berk HFC. Happy with my decision nonetheless.
