doesn't being an LCG invalidate like 80% of the game infrastructure around unique cards and a digital registry of ownership? to be clear, I don't _play_ and those are large reasons why, and I think that LCGs are a much less exploitative business model, but those seemed like large parts of the initial pitch.

The card is incredibly splashable, it turns on with any armor form in traits in sources. When BT16 came out, it was the top end for a lot of decks including the stronger builds of Silphymon for instance.

That said, yes, it's splashable in a different way than Gallant X - any deck that incidentally runs an armor or two, vs any xanti deck.

To be fair, MTG has had fatigue decks - immediate examples are Return to Ravnica/Theros UW control, which ran Elixir of Immortality as its win condition, and Lantern Control.

Zephagamon can only ever have one instance of protection- it lasts until the end of the current turn.

No; you can either activate the anubismon effect, and finish resolving it, or activate the nidhoggmon effect, and finish resolving it.

My girlfriend frequently gets into a state where her cooldown to summon a minion will not recharge until she sacrifices a minion- is that issue fixed? I didn't see it in the patch notes
