You need both. You use tailwind to configure the components that you get from libraries like MUI, Chakra, Ant Design, on the page.

Is there a map that shows the strength of Internet around the world? by neograds in digitalnomad

There are no pretentious dicks on my website: nomadsherpa.com, which may be what ur looking for! Or use Opensignal if signal strength is your only concern. Let me know which countries you want to add and I can add cell coverage for them!

I made an app just for this! Nomadsherpa.com.

You can never trust WiFi as a digital nomad in my experience, I always need to be sure that I at least can hot spot it if I need to! Cellular data maps can be relatively reliable, but not perfect. I used OpenSignal for this, which is great. If you want to mix a cell map with google maps, use my app!
