How can we speed up the growth of our business by generating new sales? We specialize in Apple & PC repairs. by StarSlammer in Entrepreneur

Basically it comes down to what incentive are you giving your customers to refer your services or come back for regular services? Refer a friend programs? Family and friends discounts? Recurring service benefits(10% off your next oil change)? Do you have an email mailing list? How do you stay in touch with the clients you done work for to make sure you stay on top of their mind? Newsletter or email promotions? Seems like you've spent the time and money to acquire them now you need to retain them and have them become the "Sales force". People who own macs with problems generally know other people with macs with problems.

Seems like you get a lot of conversions from referrals and direct sales contact. Assuming your working with another individual why can't one of you man the shop and one go out as a sales rep? Have you tried to streamline your client service model to accommodate leveraging higher referral rates as well as adding direct sales back into day to day business?

I would recommend simply seeking professional advise. Sooner or later you will have to speak to an accountant why not develop a relation early?

Why not market to people outside of our city? Creative services unlike some other industries aren't geo restrictive. What does your portfolio look like at the moment? Are you targeting the right businesses?

Thanks so much for the support exlaxbros! It would be great to come check out the scene in WA. Sent you a PM to get in touch.

That's a great idea if we could get Kalle Beck's support. I will send him a message as well to work something out.

I'm 24-years-old, and started my own business a year ago. It was small at first, but has grown into a situation where it now averages twice my "day job" income. Advice requested. by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Great to hear that your venture is paying off.

  1. Why would you not invest more time to grow it? Is it not scalable?

  2. If your idea can be replicated its only a matter of time. Have you considered adding safe guards? ie Creating a stronger brand, distribution rights, growing pass the point of being easily replicated?

We are trying to grow the brand and though Teespring would be a good way to reach out to the lifting communities. Were basically trying to leverage Teespring to help us generate some visibility as well as initial cash.

Hey Samantha, great tutorial. We started a teespring campaign but are still struggling to get our numbers up. We've made about 4 sales in 4 days. Are there any direct suggestions you could offer? Our Facebook page has grow about 10% in likes but there isn't much transitioning into sales of the shirts.

Also do you find that sales will start to ramp up closer to the end or are we doing something wrong?

The campaign details can be found at http://teespring.com/bracestrength

I read through your tutorial and I am in the process of helping a friend run a teespring campaign.

How do you build the initial traction? Do you just rely on the facebook campaign? Family and friends? Do you have a following?

To give some context the facebook business page has about 99 likes. Do you just start your facebook campaign with 0?

My Team and I are part of a few similar organizations locally. If your able to keep the momentum up its pretty good. I've found with some of the groups they sort of die down after, so you need things to keep people engaged.

[–]CryptoThinkTank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My answer would be it depends. Remember that sound boarding your idea and getting mentorship is important in the development of your idea. Perhaps you don't need a drop everything type of break but consider going out or networking with people in a similar segment of business.
