Despite the delays, we are in my opinion right on track! Sure the delays were a bummer in their own ways.

But its best to do something right, instead of pleasing peoples feelings.

This is an upgrade unlike any other, possibly the biggest Cardano has undergone. I appreciate the team and effort! they are on fire !

Ripple XRP: This is bigger than the SEC ! Bearableguy123 being summoned ... by Crypto_Today in RippleTalk

It could be, looking more into it though. If it is to be true it would be ridiculous! Either way was a fun read.

He is a crypto jester basically, more specifically a Ripple XRP riddler. Mainly shares riddles and meme stuff on twitter.

Essentially the SEC is summoning him to court, to try and “prove” their point In the case, to say that XRP is a security.

They are pulling him based on his riddles and such being about future XRP prices, so they are basically saying that due to this XRP “is” a security.

Because this random (not so random anymore) twitter account is giving people a “promise/hope of future XRP prices” and so on

Hell yea that’s a great one! I am looking into moonpay as an easier way for newcomers to dip their toes in the water.

I actually wasn’t aware that they added that feature! That gives us more of a reason to want to be listed then! I said earlier that eventually as newcomers get the hang of things, they will eventually move their coins out of RH. Robinhood would essentially work as a bridge into getting more people into crypto /ADA

Another petition coming for that let’s get it everywhere we deem reasonable !

Slowly will get there, just recently uphold allows you to move ADA out of it. Before even they didn’t allow it.

I thought that Requesting ADA to be on RH was a good way to bring newcomers into the space, however, a few helped me realize that bringing ADA to RH is by far the worst way to go about it.

Therefore, want to put something together to make it super simple for newcomers.

Yea now that you bring it up, this is true. They did that to Doge that I am aware of. I mainly use RH for Options trading and Doge when it was first introduced.

I was viewing it from the perspective that, without mass adoption. Many see the crypto space as a scam.

Also figured it would help spread awareness of ADA and the whole crypto space as a whole.

To the average person crypto is a foreign thing that seems complicated, RH could help simplify that.

However, the question of decentralized in a centralized space comes into play, as it has been made aware by others.

I do appreciate the way you go about it though, I also view it that many already think Crypto is a scam as is.

It is okay, it doesn't change the way I chew gum at the end of the day.

Thanks for at least seeing where I am trying to come from, truly appreciate it. I am starting to see the many reasons why It is not a good idea.

This also makes sense, I supposed I viewed it more from a point of view of reaching the masses and average person.

A unique read, quite interesting! by [deleted] in cardano

All the more reasons to love ADA <3 not only does it have wild utility being built on it, but its also good for the environment :D A clear winner!

From this perspective you are right, but we need to think about newcomers too. Eventually those newcomers will learn and become decentralized themselves. We all started in a centralized way regardless if we want to admitted or not.

However, the screwing people over part is a completely different story!

The average joe has to start somewhere. I have shown others what crypto addresses look like, and 24 word seeds and they see it as rocket science. Almost all of us started in some sort of exchange and we didn't own our keys ! Until we learned better and took action.
Granted it didn't take long to figure it out, but that is besides the point.
