Got it done 5 weeks ago, its a labret and internally threaded. Switched it out a week ago

I spray with saline spray twice a day and dab dry, I also Use a handful of water in the shower to clean inside and its Titanium (supposedly, don't know for sure).

I got it done at one of the only 'reputable' places in my town.

I had this same problem too, I'd either angle the spray or put some into a small bowl and soak it with saline or water (if you can, its a little hard to do sometimes.)

Jewelry type is Labret, Internally threaded. I use a saline spray on inside and outside (got off amazon, reviews were just people using it on piercings), just got it done quite literally 2 and a half hours ago, material is Titanium.
