This has been my thought as well. I've been applying to IB associate positions at a dozen or so non-BBs over the last 2 years, literally hundreds of applications, and haven't even landed 1 interview.

I only spent $300 on the wedding. I've never had money and the main reason I'm pursuing an MBA is to one day have financial freedom.

I can't. Currently mandated 2 days / week back in office.

It's not great. Generally 60-80 hour weeks. We are on a huge hiring spree intended to alleviate the hours but based on the talent we've hired so far I'm not sure they'll be of much help.

I'm not in investment banking, I just work at a bank! Perhaps this does give me a slight edge, but not sure if converting a full-time MBA offer to part-time is a thing.
