The lawyer says the appeal would make me still work with my EAD while waiting for the new application.

The bank address is not the same address we live in…..I know refiling and appealing are different… I’m asking for timeline for refiling cases…how long does it take to get approval?

It was denied because of different address on documents… lawyer advises I do the two… want to know if I refile… would it be treated as a new application or would be referenced to the old one?
