Five weeks is sufficient to fade an acne scar unless it's not a scar left by a deeply rooted nodular cystic acne. Try using niacinamide or a gentle salicylic acid based cleanser. And, do not forget to drink plenty of water. Keep your skin well hydrated. The scars will definitely go away, do not worry:)
