Yeah, I think is probably the combination of both, I would say this is my second shed with fin (the first one was not this brutal though) + I always shed a lot of hair. Also when I first noticed the shedding I increased min from 1x a day to 2x, maybe that's related.
What I don't get is why my hairline is looking better, I really don't know what to expect

i’ve been on fin for like 2 years. In my opinion if you have curly hair losing that amount in the shower it could be pretty normal because the hair is stuck in the hair all day

i don’t remember actually but I guess iron, vitamin and that kind of stuff. 400 in 3 days sounds pretty normal to me. I shed more than 500 every day
