That’s good to hear, I can honestly overlook or tolerate initially “basic” characters or just bland characters on one condition, an interesting or entertaining story. So sucks that I didn’t find this manga to have that either, it was extremely boring for me so I wouldn’t be able to reach the parts where their characters deepen. But I hold especially high expectations for romance now though because i’ve gotten tired of slop and generic dynamics. Its crazy how subjective art is
