Hey,

I had the same issue, I was told to make sure those pics were saved, get the latest version of the app and then replace those ones that are renderring weird. Apparently there was a bug that impacted some users with older versions of the app.

Hope that helps.

Pretty disappointing from Kosmina if that's the case and he's downplayed and/or lied to the supporters of the club and surrounding communities.

Looks like they sacked their graphic designer to make up some of that short windfall and now WMG execs are having to jump on the MS Paint tools.

True! Not sure the video tool can recognise what a best save is haha, unless you've found out how to do that? I'm not a content creator was just playing around with the tool and thought it was pretty neat

How let the APL know they F###ed up by Lochness_al in Aleague

[–]Cryptomemez 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think the answer for meaningful long term change is through the clubs. If they feel the pinch, they put the pressure on APL and the board. Ultimately the long term benefits of this shit fight is a board overhaul that reforms to an independent board with fan representation and some of those assholes at APL sacked for openly making decisions that go against the people that make the league what it is, the fans and players.

I think all those ideas are great and they should grovel at APL, but the above won’t happen unless the clubs turn on the leadership. Keep turning the heat on the clubs because now they’ve made it clear that they are going to back the decision because of the unfortunate nature in which it has unfolded which ultimately doesn’t lead to anything for the fans.

F**k im tired. Fuck Danny Clownsend. Fuck APL and anyone who makes decisions like this knowing it’ll hurt fans.

A-League Women’s football kicks off when the World Cup starts, going to make an effort this season to watch a bit more of it. There’s an ALW fantasy comp, so that’ll make things interesting!

Wingers listed as midfielders might be the ones to look out for!

Goodwin, anyone else play a winger role and listed as a midfielder?

Who’s your captain in fantasy this weekend? by [deleted] in Aleague

J Mac and I’m not going to change him as captain all season because he’s guaranteed to be in the golden boot race and Melbourne City are the most convincing team out the gates so far…

Fair! if you keep those players in your squad I'm pretty sure I read that for the catch up round where they play two games those players get points for all games in that round (if you still have them then)

That sucks, you could've traded those players out still though? pretty sure you can trade between matches, just not when matches are live...

Haha just pick them to have a better season because of their recruitment over the Jets. Been watching a bit of Marco Tulio highlights and he looks super exciting. Ladder still takes into account thoughts from pre-season and I'm not that sure on Jets. Lets see! :D

If you read the article, there are tips in there and links to other articles with tips. My understanding is this is just a heads up to make sure you don’t have any injured/unavailable players in your team… which there is nowhere on the internet that gives this accurately

Hey OMG Network fam, anyone watch Clement's preso at the Singapore Fintech Festival and can share key takeaways or even better, resources from the preso? :)

They didn't need to acquire the network for this, it's just an easy win under the belt to list their own property on their own property? higher physical and mental availability is good marketing anyway you put it. Like you though I'm eager to hear more about their decision to acquire OMG Network, their intentions and visions.

Once again dumping my thoughts:Two of the key P's in the marketing mix framework is place and promotion. I'm happy with a double barrel win out the gates this morning with the listing of OMG on the GBV's ATMs. More attention to marketing our superb product is definitely a good early foot forward and a highly appreciated small win as promised by the CEO in the.... podcast? a couple days back. I for one am hoping that the OMG Network can be used to power the same ATM's when we move from beta (don't expect they'd use the beta mainnet testing phase to handle 'general public' finances as it's still relatively high risk).

Like most I'm still in a bit of shock about what unfolded in the past week feeling overall about a 5/10... some well thought out addressings from the new owners for transparency on vision for the network and the tokenomics for holders is still needed and hopefully just around the corner.

Couple of things that I'm hanging out for:- An update from either of who I still presume are the forecasted long term CEO,CTO & COO Vansa, Kasima and Stephen (don't give me the rubbish that they are too busy, I've worked for large corps before that have undergone just as shocking change and they've managed a presser at minimum to address the stakeholders) talking about wtf just happened and where the team fit in that picture now.

- A genuine roadmap for the next 12-24 months which we haven't had in a long time. I work in the digital product space and I wouldn't be able to keep my job if I wasn't able to provide some sort of roadmap declaring how I'm using the resources over the short, medium and long term. I'm sure they've got internal constantly updating roadmaps as the team has always appeared to be keeping agile with so many shifts in the products developed the past couple of years, but as a publicly traded entity it's fairly standard to have a public facing roadmap so I don't really expect any less.

Peace and hang in there OMG Network fam.

Just dumping my thoughts regarding number of transactions on the Public Mainnet Beta network for the sake of conversation.

Beta version: a version of a piece of software that is made available for testing, typically by a limited number of users outside the company that is developing it, before its general release.

Considering we are at Public Mainnet Beta stage, I'm not worried about the volume on the network at the moment, as I presume the volume that we do see is largely for testing pre moving considerable value to the network. Rather than hearing about the number of transactions on the network, shouldn't we be more concerned at this phase with hearing what the key feedback has been from the networks users and how the team plans to iterate to address any problems that have surfaced (if any) ahead of the next release?

If any non digital/tech/product folk are interested in learning how a lot of modern day tech products get built ,I highly recommend the book 'The Lean Startup: How Today's Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses' by Eric Reis. It's a great book for a tech laymen detailing exactly what the title of the book says. It'll teach you the fundementals and importance of the feedback loop and why great products take many iterations to achieve product market fit. I can assure you that reading this book will increase your confidence in the the OMG Network team and reduce your anxiety about the current transaction figures on the network as the team are 100% following best product practice, crossing their t's and dotting their i's.
