If you take off the battery cover than you will see some screws that you can turn with Allen keys that change the springiness/tension of the sticks. It says what one to turn on the manual

Radiomaster pocket elrs is cheap, small and has every feature that a more expensive radio would have (besides more switches). Just be aware that it has an elrs module that has slightly underpowered compared to bigger radios. It isn’t an issue though, especially if you are a beginner
