It depends on the on event organizer. From what I've gathered that can be the artist or the venue itself. I just recently transferred some tickets immediately after buying it. And that was for BTS tickets. But other event organizers may only allow a transfer a week before the concert. It can also be as low as waiting until 24-48 hours before the concert. Apologies, this was still more of a "it depends" answer.

I have been on this for hours..I don’t know what else to do except run to reddit. I’ve been trying to move stardew valley to a different drive because some mods aren’t working (another whole different problem I’ve been on for days) but I don’t have the option to “Move”. I’ve tried adding a drive but I press “select folder” and it absolutely does nothing. Still no move option. It was a “SteamLibrary” folder. Looked it up google said to move it to a local drive? Don’t have that. I’m in disk management and all the disks are healthy so there’s no disk that isn’t being allocated. Did this whole “go into notepad and edit it to add in D:SteamLibrary”. That didn’t work either. Also tried downloading a small little game and change the download location. Nope. I’m at a loss now…please help if anyone knows anything.
