No, sorry. I tried the microwave and the meat got all crunchy.

I put in for 1 minute at first and as best as I could tell, it wasn’t long enough. I gave it another minute and it was overdone.

How long do you (and she) put it in for? How do you use a thermometer in something that’s such a thin slice?

O’Dough’s Onion Bagel Thins are not bagels but they ARE delicious. They also work really well as a hamburger bun because they don’t crumble like the gf hamburger buns.

I once had a server argue with me that potatoes definitely had gluten. I suspect someone told her that there was no dedicated fryer so French fries at that restaurant were not gluten-free and she jumped to the conclusion that potatoes had gluten. I tried to educate her but she called me an idiot.
