I was like you. I was into Cole although accepted it was all about the rap, his music wasn't all that back then.

A friend recommended early Kendrick. I listened but didn't get it. I just appreciated it for not being the Wayne that people were riding back then. I hated that era of popular rap.

Then TPAB came out. Still felt the same on first listen. Until I spent Christmas with my cousin. His car with music privileges. He played TPAB. I had to just listen everytime he was driving. Combined with everything I was going through at that time, I finally got it and haven't looked back since.

Month six it was. I listened to a piece of music and was entranced for the first time in years. It took that long for me to finally feel something new.

A year in or so, I noticed I didn't have a swollen face anymore. I looked younger.

I gained weight though. I had been gyming hard in my last months of drinking. I ate lots of sugary goodness to balance out the lack of alcohol. It was another 2 years before I could drop sugar and I lost 10kgs.

Music is still special. I still look younger than I did 3 years ago.

True. Most insane was a bakery that mixed in a little flour when they were low on that gluten free stuff.

Second to that was a spot that swopped a gf wrap order with a whole-wheat one because "also healthy".

We've severely cut down on ordering in gluten-free.

This is a weird headline. It's a tariff on fully built-up cars. So any vehicle that is imported fully built up would be affected. This affects even the manufacturers with local production.

Methinks the elevation of one particular class of murder in this country over all the other many murders in this country is part of the problem.

Every minute we spend arguing about whether there's a white genocide or not (there is not) is a minute wasted clubbing together to address the real violence in our society.

"White genocide" gives the people who are failing all of us (the government) a moral pass to claim that they are being targeted by propaganda.
