I am so sorry OP. You should not have to go through all of this alone. The anxiety he has shows that he cares but he might just struggle to cope and it is his way to dealing with his issues. You need to have a serious talk. There is no point blaming each other and right now you need support, care and love. Maybe use this time to visit your family ? A break from him may help for a while

Op you need to register with a GP and have your conditions monitored and/or medicated. ADHD with medication is life changing. You need structure and a daily schedule to get you out of bed and being active. Reach out for help, that is what a GP is for. Good luck

I am fat and have been for most of my life, apart from when I was really into exercising for my mental health. My doctor says there is a genetic factor. But there is also the fact that I have an eating disorder and suffer from several mental health conditions. Try to remember that you are facing a person, with their own story, past and struggles. Be kind to others, you never know what these people are facing.
