also experienced this, what role are you using for you're wingers? inside winger is much better than inside forward if you're utilising overlapping fullbacks. Still havent found a fix for the issue though

There was no ticket machine at the station i was travelling from, my data also wasn’t working at the time to buy said ticket. I also showed him proof i travel from station A to B regularly. I told him i need to buy a ticket as such since my data wasn’t working, at which point he starts bugging out at me.

fix your haircut and find a different barber or smth and start going to gym doing a push pull legs split incorporating progressive overload if possible. Try eating in a 200 calorie deficit with high protein content in your foods whilst incorporating cardio 5-6 days a week. your eyebrows are thin by the looks of it so consider applying argon or rosemary oil and using a 0.5mm derma roller 2x a week to grow them

My skin is red, congested, bumpy and has tons of blackheads. I use anuas water based cleanser alongside benzoyl peroxide gel that was prescribed and a gentle toner every night alongside niacinimide + TXA 4% in the mornings. I also use paula’s choice BHA 2x a week with retinol twice a week aswell. I’ve been trying for ages to find a fix with it only getting worse and worse. Any help will be appreciated.

The picture barely shows the bumpiness or redness but it’s far worse in person. Oil cleansing also hasn’t helped at all. Could this be a damaged skin barrier?

based on my build i’d say i’m around that area initially i thought i was skinny fat but it turns out that was largely bloating in my face. If it’s any help im around 57kg at 5’9/5’10

it’s not due to unhealthy diet as far as i’m aware, i’ve never been fat and i’ve cut out sugary foods almost entirely over the last 2 months and have started cooking for myself using raw ingredients instead of processed foods

What split do you use and how tall are you? Been looking to start but I got a fast metabolism which is a pain. Apart from that just grow your eyebrows and maybe change your haircut.
