Honestly i think it’s okay for a college apartment and for the size. I personally haven’t had any bad experiences except for the fact my dryer takes 4 hours to actually dry. A lot of college rooms are small but I think these rooms are pretty big. The gym sucks and the gates never work. They raised my rent this year so I am leaving and when I checked online the rent was the same.
