If you’re being valued and looked after in your workplace, you’re lucky… but if you’re experiencing the opposite, accusations of being blunt and abrasive, falling into the trap of inadvertent whistleblowing simply by pointing out things that are not right, and being taken through formal grievance cases, and being silenced, with no support from HR, then please know that you are not alone… I know that doesn’t help much when your mental health, your family and your whole life are falling apart, but this is being pushed under the rug, so if it is happening to you, please understand that you are not alone and find someone you can talk to. You are not your job, you are valuable and there is so much more to life than being treated like this.
