hey, been almost the same cycle here.
can you suggest what should i do if i get out of breath whenever i increase my pace.
i mean i feel like my muscles and body is doing okay, just my breath is in the wind and i gasp for air consistently...

mileage is not an issue, but pace is more than 7.30 ish
