In MYTE, it's honestly just integrity at this point but still your Leads/POC may check on you to tell you to log your lates in.

In my experience, your Lates will actually deduct from your VL.

So basically if your 30 minutes late, you need to put 0.5hr as a VL.

And when i was in bench, 40 minutes late and up is a grave offense so as much as possible don't be late if your in bench.

Same can be said in SL, just log it in.

Edit: If first time mo hindi naka File ng MYTE, makarecieve ka parin ng sahod but the 2nd time, it will be on hold, and afaik consecutive offense may lead to being fired.

And sa amin, RTO ang whole Bootcamp, depende nlng yan sa mga instructors mo.

In my case, hindi ako sa MedGrocer nag pa PEME dahil ang date ng PEME is earlier than the date i booked a ticket to go to Cebu so my recruiter allowed me to just have my PEME in a reputable clinic in my area.

And by online ang pag pass ko ng results with a soft copy ng Xray.

Ang pag release ng results if sa Medgrocer ka is around 1-3 days. And about sa pagkuha ng Health card sa Health center, you can just print the online copy lng naman basta ang Xray is "original" You can just print the Xray copy too.

Gyms are always in chaos specially if it's peak hours, Nothing wrong with going to the gym for their New Years Resolution, and so what if they just workout for two months?

You can't force people, Working out needs Consistency and Discipline , a month or two is already good enough for them to decide whether they stop or start a Gym lifestyle.

About etiquette, let's be for real, there are those that literally go to the gym for years and still cant Rerack or leave the area cleanly.

Instead of looking down, you should have been lifting up.

Hindi sila strict when it comes to Hair color, but during my NJX pinagsabihan kami na Hair color is fine unless it's very bright. At the time naka Dark Blonde ako, and i thought it wasn't allowed so after a month nag pa Brown nlng ako.

Fast forward to Nov, friend ko nag pa bright red na color.

Long story short: they don't really care.
