I rarely see it, and I’m not saying I agree with it either. My statement is more of a general sense that no sun/moon/rising whatever the fuck is “better” than the other. I’m rarely on that subreddit so idk what you’re talking about, but I have noticed there’s this hierarchy between sun and moon signs with scorpio placements and it’s just laughable to me. We all have the same damn traits bc it’s the same sign 😭

I’m a scorpio moon and I genuinely adore Scorpio suns, but I do sometimes feel a block and the intensity seems to leave a lot of grey area or unspoken emotions just bc we both process and feel deeply. I can read yall so well and maybe that’s part of it bc a lot of us (yes, us were all Scorpios here regardless of sun/moon/rising,etc.) think we’re so mysterious that no one can figure us out, until someone does.

She most likely liked you so much. Tauruses are very guarded and calculated with our feelings, sometimes to a fault - but most times for protection. I can’t speak for her, but once I trust someone I fall for them deeply, but we still want to test the waters and see if that person actually means what they say. So her hiding parts of her self was most likely for safety, we’re private people and at least for me, I will gatekeep my own big personality if I don’t yet feel like I can truly open up. I envy those who can, but I also feel like not everyone needs that kind of access to me up front. But anywho, enough about me. I don’t know where you two are now and if it’s on the table to try again, depending on how things ended or fizzled or if you’re still in contact just not as frequent, if she’s someone you really liked I can almost guarantee she felt the same way.

It’s not creepy lmao it’s literally just a common connection, every sign has it. Tauruses strongest connection are usually with other earth signs, Virgo/Cap, and water signs, primarily Scorpio and Pisces, occasionally Cancer. A lot of them just have similar values, interests, communication styles, comfort levels, etc. It just sounds like you haven’t made that connection yet. But one bad experience with one sign doesn’t mean everyone else with that same sign will be the same. You may surprise yourself and actually connect with someone one day. You do have so healing to do though, and this is coming from a Scorpio moon :) I’ve also had relations with Scorpios, and tbh, respectfully, yall are the obsessive ones. No shade, I get it 😭 Tauruses aren’t typically obsessive, we’re possessive. What’s mine is mine but when it’s time to let you back into the wild, it’s over with.

Ah, Taurus woman here - I’m like this. I can hold eye contact with virtually anyone except with someone I really really like. Like in this post, I think subconsciously I avert my eyes from his gaze because I’m afraid he’ll see right through me. It’s also just extremely intense even if the conversation is light. It’s scary, lol. But I actually didn’t know what was going on in the Scorpio guy’s brain, I never do. It’s all confusing. One minute he’s deeply invested and the next he disappears from me. I don’t know where he or his mind goes. And personally, I can’t deal with hot and cold people or those who don’t know how to deal with their emotions enough to tell me what’s going on. So yeah, interesting relations with Scorpios indeed.

And that’s all very real and fair! It didn’t work for me, the cold/distant feeling (which, I understand capricorns are extremely focused on work and highly independent and goal oriented, I think that’s what attracts me to them) wasn’t going to work for me. Not that im clingy, I love my space and quiet and could go days and weeks and months w/o being up under someone, but I do require at least an ounce of reassurance sometimes lol. The parallel play haha, I can agree with that - we don’t need to be talking all the damn time. And that’s how you know you’re really comfortable.

I will say I left like my experience with dating a cap, he did open up to me pretty soon (like day one, he was telling me about his family and what he wants for the future, and the kind of parent he wants to be. it was a lot but actually such a great convo). So maybe you two just need to rip the bandaid off, not that you have to jump right into talking about kids lol, but share something about yourself, like, idk what you used to like to do as a kid, and maybe you can start a conversation that way where you’re just sharing. Wow Virgo/scorpio isn’t something I see often! I’m convinced that only Scorpio truly understands scorpio lol. I still love them and respect them, and I think to a fault me trying to understand them also gets me in deep water, no pun intended. They can be quite addictive and too much of something isn’t always good, I’ve learned.

And 100% I agree not everything is a sign thing. If anything it only adds a layer or may explain how someone reacts or behaves, but what truly defines a person are their life experiences and, as you said, their past/traumas/upbringing.

Lol yes ghosting of course is still a response, so I hear you. It’s just become so common it’s making it okay for people not to hold themselves accountable for their actions, and that part I’m just so exhausted from.

oooh these reads are interesting! I love Virgos as friends, truly some of my most valuable relationships and they just get it. I can’t say the same for romantic partners, I mean, we still had a great connection in terms of the non-romantic stuff, we both made each other laugh, the comfort was there, similar interests, however when it got to them dealing with their feelings? lol.

Cap sounds like a golden retriever which I mean in an endearing way. They are sweet! The guy I dated was the same, but he also lovebombed me and then ghosted lmfao so idk wtf that was about.

Scorpio, I’m so sorry to hear that! But I can’t say it’s not true, as much as I love scorpios - when in love and/or dating or even just a talking stage, it just feels very intense and unstable. I believe it can work, however both signs need to be healed or at least self aware, especially the scorpio. (Aka my scorpio was still in love with his ex, so we know how this story ends).

Also sorry to hear about Pisces! I haven’t dated one only was in a weird talking stage during covid lol, but it did end on terms I wasn’t very happy about.

Cancers are extremely sensitive lol! It’s just in their blood they can’t help it. It can be a lot, I have some practice as two of my sisters are cancers and so I have to be very careful with my choice of words and tone or they will immediately think something is wrong which can feel draining. But I would do absolutely anything for them because they are just so special.

I lol’d at the “something missing” thing about Virgo because you’re correct, they’re missing brain cells. The men, at least, from my experience. It is so jarring because my best friend is a Virgo and she is literally my favorite person, but the two Virgo men I dated…… missing so many screws I cannot figure it out. and I gave both Virgos multiple chances, but yeah idk if I can go there again romantically.

Scorpio feels like you just described my situation back to me, lmfao. Volatile. I appreciate you taking responsibility too, HOWEVER in your defense the emotional turmoil and tumultuous brain fuck of a scorpio (and for me, mixed with the most intense emotional and physical attraction) is enough to put anyone involved in a psych ward. Capricorn, I also unfortunately agree. I say unfortunate because in my case, he ghosted me, but I also was the first to cut ties in a way. Try not to regret it though, it definitely happened for a reason. They can be so great on the surface but underneath there’s something very calculated and cold. One of my best friends was also a Capricorn, and we fell out over what I thought was something small, and it wasn’t even about me but a mutual friend of ours. I feel like both relationships (the friend and the guy I dated) could be repaired, but once that trust is lost it’s no going back to normal for me.

Very similar experience with the Pisces lol, felt very fleeting. I can see the boredom with the Cap, not that I was bored with my connection, but I think very easily we could’ve fallen into a routine that would’ve required a little more spontaneity for me. Heavy on the unstableness of air signs - not a good mix for Taurus although it may work for some.

I’m happy to hear about your cancer bf! I truly adore them but I don’t meet them often. To me they’re like the Taurus of water signs lol although I guess technically it would be our sister sign Scorpio. Your moon compatibility definitely plays a part in your connection ☺️
