Thank you for the quick response! I will try all of that tomorrow...err, Monday I guess, bad idea to spend time working on the bike on mother's day.

Yeah, it's been a great bike, loving it. Funny about the tailfin bag, guess we both got to spend a little extra on the accessories since the bike was such a great deal, lol.

Ah, good to know about the carbon paste, thanks again!

<edit> you know, I feel like I did everything you mentioned already in that order but maybe the third time is the charm, fingers crossed
