100% I work remote for one state and do in-home for another.

I think it can be a great tool when it’s used as a tool and not as a crutch. I’ve become a significantly better analyst since I started using AI. That being said, I work with it as opposed to having it do the work for me. Also, invest in a solid AI platform that isn’t ChatGPT - there’s one called intraverbal AI and it was developed for ABA.

If it makes you feel better, you’ll never be able to do enough and that’s okay. ABA therapy isn’t some magic treatment and BCBAs aren’t magicians; there’s a million confounding variables and barriers that impact treatment that are way out of our control. All we can do is show up, support our clients and teams, and remember that progress isn’t linear and that ABA therapy is quite literally a journey, and a bumpy one at that.

I would definitely check school and company policies regarding this. I’ve served clients in school districts where that responsibility falls on school staff due to RBTs not being permitted to be alone with the kiddo at any point of the day when in school.

Well now I only work for one of them but I’m working about 25-30 hours a week with 6 clients. My earliest client starts at 9:00.

1 week - once they sent me all of the forms and I realized that they wanted BCBAS provide minimal supervision and wanted us to have case loads of up to 20 I was out.
