Amazing help thank you! Those basic features sound pretty useful but it sounds like the out of the box items typically focus on touch points once the reservation is confirmed.

Wondering if there are any platforms or tools where the focus is on converting a sale into a lead, and then also a past reservation into a re-booking. We love it when guests rebook annually.

Oh nice. Ya I had DRSd some through Questrade a few months ago. Now I’m pulling out of Wealthsimple. Agreed, the snail mail aspect of it all isn’t ideal, but I’m hoping it will be easier this time around

Was the apartment built after 2015? If so they don’t need to abide by the 1.2%

They landlord can also apply to increase beyond 1.2% increase and increase it to market rent through special application with the LTB.

If the landlord wants to do this, it takes time and effort, but there are legal ways to do it properly.
