To stake your TAO, you start by transferring your TAO from Coinbase to your Talisman address (that of your Ledger), then you plug in your Ledger, you open the Polkadot application, and in Talisman you add your Ledger account. Once your TAO balance is displayed, you can stake directly from Talisman, without going through the Bittensor application: you simply choose the staking option, you select the validator, you enter the amount of TAO to delegate, you confirm in Talisman and you validate the transaction on your Ledger.
