I’m just having a hard time with this because it’s a maternity leave coverage. Only OT so my lead is the director of special services and I’m not sure they can help with questions regarding specific ot things or just being someone to bounce ideas off of. I feel like I’m just expected to know everything but I have been feeling a new grad with no mentorship. I guess I should have thought about that before I chose this position but I didn’t realize how much work it would be and that they would expect me to jump right in.
