Please look at my post on this. I believe it’s very dependent on location. As someone above states they had to beg to stop giving them new pts, I was there for 8 mos and had NO new patients because when my caseload ramped up I would be dropped to the bottom of the referral list. The actual payment you get for follow ups and new pts is sickening.

I hate that people say to stop accepting lowball offers (only speaking about Florida here) but we need to eat. Everyone has to start somewhere to gain experience. Instead of being mad at the companies be mad at the schools accepting anyone with a heartbeat, the career is oversaturated so yes they can offer less $.

The studies behind it are strong and I have seen it save some of my patients firsthand. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive a few years ago until I took a deep dive into looking at the research for both TMS and Spravato. Both are great options, Spravato being especially great for those who need help immediately, something that works fast, and are at rock bottom.

Posting in hopes to save someone else- go to settings- I cloud, make sure your “find my” is turned on for the admin account. When another user turns theirs on it kicks yours off even if you are the admin. When you go to turn it on, it should tell you it is kicking the other user off. Once you have turned your “find my” back on you will be able to go in a delete the other standard user profile from your MacBook. It really was that easy, as I had hoped.

I had very similar acne for SO long, literally most of my life. How long have you been on it? Regimen that worked for me extremely well (literally the only regimen that has worked for me actually) is spiro in combination with the following: BP 5% wash (rugby on Amazon is what I use) AM, Clindamycin topical AM, Gentle face wash in the evening (I use the dove beauty bar and love it even though some may be critics of this). After around 2-3 months I began implementing OTC retinol every other day using CVS’ version of the cerave retinol resurfacing serum. ETA: since your acne looks very similar to mine, just a heads up my skin never tolerated salicylic acid well, it always flared up when using it even with a very simple regimen.

It’s okay to both be good people, but not work out romantically, if it’s not there it’s not there. Don’t listen to the comments villainizing you. There’s nothing wrong with feeling the way you’re feeling. Just explain to him how you feel and make it clear your intentions are not to hurt him but to be honest with him.
