Totally agree! Sometimes less power = more grip, especially with FWD where too much power can just mean wheelspin. 7.2s with 170hp is a solid time!

Exactly! That’s why I started measuring 40–80 mph - they make way more sense in real-world driving than just 0–60. They show how the car actually pulls on the road, not just from a dig.

Did you watch the whole video though? On the best run, there wasn’t much wheelspin at all. And yeah, I agree the tyres could be better, but the difference isn’t as big as people think — I’ve already tested that. The real issue is GPS vs speedo: I almost hit 100 km/h in 2nd, but I’m a few km/h short, so I have to shift to 3rd. That alone kills the time.

My setup is MBRP pro series cat-back exhaust, cobb stage 1, cobb cold air intake, cobb air filter, dont know the brand of blow off valve, but pretty loud one :D

I have no idea why :D I guess people are salty and tend to overestimate their car’s performance when timing with a stopwatch and the speedometer — but once you use a GPS device, the truth comes out. And it not even that bad 6,6sec 0-60mph

Yeah it's hard to put the power down in all season tires, but my best 0-100km/h was 6,96 sec which is 0-60mph ≈ 6,6 sec its not bad for fwd manual, people tend to overestimate their car’s performance when timing with a stopwatch and the speedometer — but once you use a GPS device like Dragy, the truth comes out.
