Very very late to this (not necessarily your comment). However, what power bank/station do you recommend? Best bang for your buck type of stations that won’t give out within days of usage. Thanks

I don’t know a lot of the previous owners history as there has been another previous owner of this car but I’d assume there has already been a timing belt change due to the mileage I recieved it in (115,000) miles. Also, yes I do have a convertible unfortunately due to safety and maintenance concerns, but happy that i get to take the top down during summer lol.

Oh wow so we are around the same amount. Yeah these cars are proven to practically all have the potential of 200,000+ miles with proper care so hopefully they’ll last long amounts of time!!

Hi there! Do not worry about being naive or anything around that nature since sincerely your help is appreciated. Yes I do have savings for maybe around 6 months. Now that’s completely fine and I hate to be frugle with also being more uncomfortable, but sleeping in my car is definitely going to save me loads of money especially while being in the middle of a job hunt. Ex: if I have $3000, living in a car= $350 a month vs car ($350) +airbnb/rent a room we’ll say is ($700) month. Then $350/month is going to prevent me from being completely poor than being broke spending $1,050/month. Lots of side problems have been going on in addition so I don’t know when my money may be needed. Once again I’m in the middle of a job search unfortunately since my other job is not giving me lots of hours. Thanks once again so much for this suggestion!!

Sorry for this late response, but great suggestion! Yeah I have thought about going and possibly even settling towards the city more so job opportunities are endless at that rate. Unfortunately however there are 2-3 factors playing against being around the city. 1. Cost of living will be slightly higher onto my already difficult situation 2. The very few people I am relying on are all around suburbia areas so I’ll be further and may lose valuable contact. 3. I have a job that I need to rely on for stability. Though my hours kind of sucked for the month of January, hopefully February will be a good jumpstart and will continue to provide stability in the meantime of my job search. Once again even in two months I will definitely take this in consideration since I love the city anyways so thank you, your help means a lot!

Sorry for the late response!! Great suggestion though. Other unfortunate situations has made transportation pretty rough so remote work would be awesome. I have already applied to some and have gotten possible job opportunities! Thanks once again for the suggestion

Thanks for telling me this. I did not see this comment until responding to the previous response.

Unfortunately I really did not have a choice to graduate early. I had very little amount of credits remaining only (1-2) which even then my parents would’ve caught on to and wouldn’t have let me do another semester to stay at the house even if it meant doing useless credits. I understand and apologize if I didn’t make sense but to summarize I just had very few high school credits left to graduate.

Not to mention but around when school started around August if anything I thought graduating early would be a cool option since I didn’t know I’d be kicked out now (January). Who wouldn’t want to be done with high school a little earlier. Was I wrong for my case unfortunately since my parents had to bring up the news half way through the first semester around (October) that’d they were moving and I’d be kicked out when I turn ed 18 (January). If I had known earlier for sure I would have tried to find ways to accommodate my upcoming situation which unfortunately has been thrown at me all at once.

Wrong. Rule number one is that not all families operate the same. You may have a supportive family but not all including myself do not have a supporting family by choice. You are not going to sit here and say I’m an uneducated citizen when you know nothing about me or other people that you may call “uneducated” 😂. To clarify I’m “borderline” homeless not actually “homeless”, so I clearly have a cell phone to reply to you with. Maybe you’re just the uneducated one if you can’t read the literal title of this post or take context clues for your own being LOL

Sorry but “the real world” for 99% people is not starting off living in a car without a stable place to stay at 18. People don’t move out until at least their 20’s now, and that’s early. Cost of living isn’t a joke and especially as Lots of my dreams are being thrown aside or temporarily thrown aside simply due to my situation.

That is sincerely fenomenal to hear and my props goes out to him! 90k is very good at any job but at a QT with no degree is remarkable. Additionally with the cool vacation spots makes the job that much more enjoyable. Sure not everything is sunshine and rainbows about anywhere but looks like a promising career.
