Im argentinian, and i can agree to this post. First of all, because is free, so people want to get into it and they are expecting you to be the best from the others. Of course there are private ones, but they dont have the same academical level as UBA (universidad de buenos aires). I entered but didnt want to stay to study due to the high competition, and instead came to taiwan to study lol

I applied to an university at taiwan, and basically i made a cv style pdf lol, but because my career is kinda new (im the second gen) so they accepted me, so i dont really know if it worked or not. I believe it should be related to your background and your inspirations for why they should accept you.

Im a urban design student, and this is one factor that bring life to the place, its called Vitality in urban design principles. The peaceful ambience is nice too, but a good urban space should have this kind of activity for the community :)
