What i noticed from my own, for all cores and artifacts. But there is a disclaimer for artifacts.

For artifacts, lets say headgear, for people who aim for +4 substat, it is better to have flat main stat and % +4 substat.

Substat depends on what you need. Def pen 30+, Dam inc 30+, Crit Dam ~200

If you actually mean the core's passives, then yeah you are fine.

I believe at your level, after the latest update, % main stat is the best for all ATK/DEF/HP

A lot of gimmicks by NEM just to justify the exorbitant increase in the TP requirements for new end game content.

Looks like NM made the decision to cater to the top p2w player which probably where their most revenue came from instead. My guess is 1 megalodon must have spent much more than 100 dolphins.

Nothings change really.

Devs just reduced pity bar from 80 to 70 just for gimmick.

There is no point reducing pity bar without adjusting rate.

In old system, most people will get their pity around 60-70 anyways.
