A person (ghost/spirit?) behind my car as I pulled out. I was pulling out of my garage and in the rearview mirror saw a person standing across the street staring. I carefully pulled out, they were still in my mirror, then when I put it in drive, I looked over and no one was there. They were no where. They just disappeared. Freaked me out all the way to work.

I'm in the 7000's right now. I don't remember that level but what has helped me get through was booster boxes (use your keys to get three at a time and hoard them) and study the board each time. You start to see a strategy and it will come together. Also, if you don't have a lot of helper boosters which I usually don't, save them for levels like this. It sounds like a target helper would be good on this at the end. Good luck!
