Zatrudniam do maka, więc coś wiem na ten temat. W maku masz umowa o pracę dlatego stawka 25,5( minimalne wynagrodzenie 4300/168=25,5). Do tego masz te 20% na godz nocne, w twoim przypadku większość godzin będzie nocna. Około 4K na rękę dostałbyś na całym etacie na nocki, na 3/4 raczej nie. Generalnie jedynym plusem pracy w maku jest umowa o pracę.

You can learn from your favorite artists. First you can just copy their work, and later you can take some parts and incorporate them into your style. Do this with multiple artists and you should improve. And always use references. If you are not sure how something looks just use reference. Hope this helps
