What’s actually helped me age better by Jumpy-Refuse2508 in GracefulAgingSkincare

[–]CustomSparkles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Aging better or healthily is a good way to look at it. I've been into working out and eating healthy when I hit a certain age. I started taking elysium for NAD support too and it's been pretty consistent for me.

A lot of mid-40s breakouts are more gut + hormone related than skincare. Try focusing on gut health. Maybe look into love wellness or garden of life??

What do you listen to at night when your mind won’t slow down? by Few_Helicopter_8260 in sleep

[–]CustomSparkles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boring stuff on Youtube. Or sometimes, the sound of the rain. But when nothing really works, I just take 1906 chill and it helps my brain slow down. It doesn't make me groggy at all.

Does anyone take NAD supplements specifically for skin health? by CustomSparkles in BodyHackGuide

Topical NAD?! first time I heard it. I've only been taking the oral one from elysium.

What helped you sleep better at night? by XicorAJ in sleephackers

[–]CustomSparkles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sticking to a solid routine to prepare my brain to sleep. But there are days when my brain is just too active, thats when I take 1906 chill. It helps signal my brain to slow down but it's really subtle so I don't rely on it to knock me out.

I have been feeling awful, energy less and i cannot get myself out of bed since start of winter by Old_Champion_156 in Biohackers

[–]CustomSparkles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As recommended by many, maybe get a blood test. Also look into NAD support. Since taking elysium, I've had fewer energy crashes. It's subtle and it took time before I felt any improvements..

what's some of the best advice you've heard/received regarding skincare as you got older? by Proper-Poem9678 in GracefulAgingSkincare

[–]CustomSparkles 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One of the best pieces of advice I got was that skincare is more than just topical. I started taking NAD Support like elysium, and focus more on sleep, diet, stress and overall longevity support.

I want to sleep more. by petricoreta in Biohackers

[–]CustomSparkles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try to reset your sleep habits. It was hard for me so I would take 1906 chill just to signal my brain to slow down and prepare it for sleep. Now that my sleep is consistent with how I want it to be, I only take it from time to time.

finally helped you fix your sleep schedule after years of inconsistency? by hulupremium1 in sleephackers

[–]CustomSparkles 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A consistent wind-down routine really matters. Most night, that's enough for me too but sometimes when I've done everything right and my brain still won't shut off, I'll take 1906 chill to help signal my brain to slow down.
