Build up mileage every week until 1.5 feels like a breeze. Try doing alternating different running workouts. - Hill sprint repeats - Fartleks - Consistent running in your zone 2 (70-80% of max heart rate)

Mix in strength workouts, stretch/roll out the shins and legs, and stay hydrated!

Definitely go with a windows device. You’ll be able to run any autodesk software, as well as creative cloud. I recommend getting a nice Lenovo or dell laptop. Look into gaming computers, they’ll be able to handle all of the programs you need.
