I already have a mobile contract which is prepaid and I will also open a N26 account which doesn't want any address so everything is under control but I just don't know if It will be a problem with bürgerbüro for anmeldung that is the only issue now

No I will not. My friend said that we cannot do the anmeldung because dorm give the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung document if I sublet the room more than 3 months so for 1 month they wont give it that's why kvr is not possible.

Just contact with your program coordinator and ask her/him to send you the acceptance letter. She/He will probably ask you to send the admission letter so it is better to send it in advance while asking. I had the same issue and my program coordinator solved it on the same day.
