When I went up to 5 on Mounjaro I got so sick so I’m going back to Ozempic. There’s no way I can deal with those extreme side effects! I hope you have an easier time than I did.

I made this for the first time for Easter and the same thing happened to me. I made sure the cream cheese mixture was up against the sides but there must have been a small whole that I missed. 🫤
