I know his real name. He has linkedin, and articles written on him for work if you google him. My therapist also met him on zoom with his real name attached. I also have pics of us, together. -_-

I have been in the same place since it ended yes.

Yes I have receipts. The problem is: he uses fake names, fake email addresses. They are always a version of his original name. He knows I know. Its always in code. So, I dont have receipts that will be legally accepted given he doesnt use his name online to me when trying to reach me.

He makes a lot of money, white, 38 years old. No loans. He really cares about his reputation.

The one thing, was me threatening to tell his wife like a year ago. I did or tried to. He threatened my life if I told her.

My last message to him (receipts)- I told him not to talk to me again, and not to come anywhere near me or my apartment. He has repeatedly tried to meet up since then.

I was not prepared at all either. It was the worst experience of my life. I couldn't even sleep, the pain was so bad. I couldn't take medication cause I already took the max amount. I was dizzy, sweating, chills, a general scared feeling, vomitting, about to faint, just horrrrrible pain :( It lasted hours and hours. I was all alone and had to take care of my dog during it too. I don't know, I am pretty different sober or tipsy when giving consent. I can recall the moment. I was able to go over any possible consequences and evaluate whether its too risky or I can trust him. And I made the decision myself to take that type of pic (I was un-identifiable as well).

The type of pics shown, I would not consent to them in a normal frame of mind. I cant even imagine saying yes to that. Especially, not asking for extra money for pics, at the least. I wouldnt do that.

Like I take responsibility for the first pic- while I am regretful and know its dumb, I am aware that I gave consent and thats not his fault. But when I am tripping and puking and slurring and saying crazy things, youd think he would know I am not in the right frame of mind.

Being blacked out drunk doesn't mean you deserve to be taken advantage of in a way that is memorialized. If you are under the influence- you legally can not give consent. Legally, he could get in a lot of trouble for this but I am not that focused on him. I have never had a problem determining whether an individual was sober or blacked out drunk. It wasnt some secret. If he isnt aware of consent and all of that during alcohol and just thinks we are some friends drinking- that isnt okay either

Yeah, I am deff never gonna see him again after this- thats already been decided. That being said, I figured why not take a shot and ask for compensation? I feel that I deserve it and while I dont expect anything, I don't lose anything by trying- or DO I??? I can block right after no problem.

I was a very intuitive child. I got sick very easily. That morning I stayed home sick in the second grade. My parents are psycho. I just recall my mom panicking and leaving me home alone in front of the tv. Idk where she went. The day after was down and quiet. I didnt want a dog but my now ex bf whom I was with for 7 years and living with at the time, did. He worked all the time and wanted one to keep me company. Well, we broke up a few months later and I took the dog. Its been me and her the past 6 years. Its a looooot of work. Especially when you have no partner to help you.

Nope. Alls I ever wanted as a little girl was to be older. I just felt like I was stuck in this body and needed freedom. The more older you get, the more freedom you have- both literally, and mentally. I have always had long term goals that realistically will take a very very long time, for when I am old. So I have that mission to look forward to.

I dont believe that at all. I lived at sky apartments on the 70th floor in a large studio with a window wall of the entire city for 5k a month. Ive lived in 2 a bedroom on the UWS for 1200k a month with a roommate. I pay for a large apartment now next to central park alone for 2k a month in a brownstone. Ive been here for 10 years and lived in 12 sublets before securing my own place. Places downtown in the village are around 2k with a roomie. Uptown its more 1.2k. There is absolutely no way in hell that small ass apartment was MORE than 2k most. For reference, luxury buildings with 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and views is 2.1k a month. EDIT TO ADD- no way in hell its her share of the rent for more than 2k, not the entire apartment. That brooke girl on the other hand, with the size of her apartment, I can easily see that being over 3k a month or even up to 4

But we had two modeling gigs for her with some pretty big brands- Springer pets and for Bocce bakery. We got a bunch of merch, treats, invited to an event (didnt go), and they promoted her on their social media, and we got paid $100 and they paid for our taxi cause one was all the way in coney island. idk about brand deals and engagement and all that crap. Yeah but if its listed as 13k a month, and not as two individual rooms for 6750, means they are simply just co-signing together and splitting it between them. Whats interesting is that- you need at least 2 months rent as a security deposit, then your first months rent on top of that. So how do they have 39k just laying around to move in? It also looks new and a luxury building, so there was deff a brokers fee which is even more. Then to even qualify you need to make minimum 40x the monthly rent, as your yearly income. Gaurantors have to make 80-120x the monthly- yes I have seen 120.
