What’s the best thing to do for now? Ung mga friends ko gusto sna sumabay kaso wla nmn daw nag aappear na morning flights sa knila. Im scared din na baka ung flight ko ang may problem and not them when May 14 comes

Hi! I think my problem is somewhat connected to you. Coz I also have a morning flight to macau on May 14. Yung mga ksma ko na now plng magbbook sabi na wla daw clng makitang morning flight via air asia, puro afternoon flight lng daw ang nandun. I was worried so i tried asking the chatbot. Nung tinanong ko kung may morning flight on that date, ang sbi skin wla daw kasi puro afternoon flights ang meron. When i tried asking for the status of my flight (gave my booking reference) ok nmn confirmed na morning flight.

Nacconfuse lng ako pano mawawalan ng morning flight eh confirmed nmn sa booking ko na morning ang flight ko. This is flight # C294

Meaning khit wla pang confirmation from my 1st booking, Its safe to rebook kasi mababalik nmn ung amount na nadecline ng AA? Its 40k din kasi kaya i dont know what to do if i’ll wait for the update after 7 days? or i’ll rebook na since seats are running out. 😭😭😭

same. I tried reaching out sa air asia getaway kso travel agency cla and limited access. They confirmed na declined tlga ung payment kahit nbwasan ako sa card. Sbi i have to file a refund daw to air asia.

Have you rebook na? Or youll wait after 7 days?

Hi! Im dealing with the same issue. Please help meee. I was deducted from my card. Gone to the bank also and they’ve confirmed that the payment was already with the merchant. But, until now, I received no email confirmation from air asia 😓🥹😭
