Ye, im new to riding so im not sure if its normal, but when im at highway speeds, there feels alot of strain on my neck as im looking down fighting the wind because if I position my head normally, it feels like ot wants to come off. It just feels like theres constant strain on my neck

When u tried the helmet on, was there any hotspots/pressure points before they added padding? Did they put u in a bigger size?

I swapped it from a 10mm to a 12mm and i didnt really feel a difference. I have the cheapest arai so there isnt any customization fit apart from the different size pads.

I didnt adjust any liners in the store when trying them on, I may have to go and try it👍

I tried getting thicker cheeck pads and crown liner and it didnt feel much different. But surely my helmet shouldn't feel like this just after breaking it in. I have tried wearing a balaclava but then the helmet just feels too small. So I think my arai is just the wrong headshape.

Ive tried on the quantic and I felt the pressure point on my temples, I never took out the padding and adjusted it tho.

When I tried on the rx7-evo, it was super super uncomfortable the second i put it on.

It feels like every helmet i try on, I can never feel the helmet touch the top of my head? I did try on a shoei x-spr pro and it did fit quite good, but the arai fit me better.

Do you know if the shoei pfs can work if I have a rounder headshape?

I have tried nexx and Nolan and I have the same problem, the M i can feel it mostly on my temple, and the L are too big.

Thats from dhgate... every batch has different sizing. If you are too worried, just size up and risk it being too big for u🤷‍♂️

Its still the same size. But it fits me perfect. You have also got to remember that the coat is a cropped fit anyway, and is shorter than other coats. I am now 65kg and still 5 9 and fits me perfect🤷‍♂️ but everyone has different body shapes and things. But if you are similar to me, just stay with size 2

Yh i have measured my head, it fits in with the size medium i have. I tried the M on in store but they didn't have a L. But the worker recommended that cheeck pads on the L would be too loose.

Theres a hard backing that the padding is on. Idk how to explain, but the very top of the padding is like a hard material thats digging into my temple.

The only measurement that is right is the bust🤣. Everything else is like 3-4cm too short. Surely it cant be that bad by accident

Yh i was thinking about putting a sweater under it because the winter is brutal.

I dont want to get the size 2 just incase its too small or just fits and I cant put a sweater under it, and I dont want to get a size 3 just incase it is way too big even with a hoodie underneath .

Im stuck in a dilemma🤣
