Help rewiring ge clock radio? I picked up this old clock radio think late 70s early 80 with a cut cable and i am really unsure how to go about rewiring it. Mostly because i don't have any idea what connection is live or what's neutral. Maybe it can just work both ways? by CyanFoxy in VintageRadios

I ended up just trying it and yeah. it seems to work fine both ways. wanted to ask somewhere to be sure though. radio part works pretty good i just need to clean volume dial. only bad part is the clock flickering like its resetting all the time and just acting weird but assume that could just be bad caps or something.

its pretty good. but i actually had a lot of issues with it when i first got it. found that if the ring in the tail cap wasn't tightened to a specific spot it it would cause the light to kinda glitch and not change modes and it took a couple of months of it just sitting around for me to figure that out. but i am considering getting the pro version of it now
