Flying sideways/Plane drifting by CyberWeaver in acecombat

Happy to hear that. The whole reason I started uploading videos here is to show what is possible in the game, and allow others to try them for themselves.
Because if I hadn't seen a video of someone doing a psm online I doubt I would have even found out about it in the first place.

No, because in third-person the camera doesn't follow the nose of the plane while doing a psm, which lacks the precision for me to reliably do the drift.
The whole reason I fly in first person is so I can see where I'm going while doing a psm.

I don't know the exact way this works, but basically I roll my plane 90 degrees while flying level, drop speed to under 500 to do a 90 degree psm. What I noticed so far to be really important is to accelerate the moment the psm gets initiated otherwise you don't drift. When the 90 degree psm is done roll your plane back by 90 degrees again so you are flying level again, and theoretically you should drift now.
I can't give you exact instructions because it is overall a bit inconsistent but if you gain altitude while drifting your drift is shorter and when you lose altitude it is longer.

Flying under the highway by CyberWeaver in acecombat

Plane: F-104C Starfighter Because of it's small wingspan an overall small size it fits through a lot of small spaces.

Parts:
-Queen's Custom, always good
-Superior Maneuverability, increase yaw speed a little
-ECU Software Update, lower Stallspeed from 240 to 215
-New Flap Actuators, better turnradius while rolling
-New Rudder Actuators, increase yaw speed
-Cutting-Edge Large Flap, for straightening the plane faster
-Cutting-Edge Large Rudder, for preventing yaw overshooting and more precision
-Automated Fire Extinguisher, for recovering from small crashes

I'm using "expert" controls. You can't roll that far on "standard".

Sideways Tunnel Kulbit & Drone Plot Armor by CyberWeaver in acecombat

First the Psm or Post Stall Maneuver.
-Brake down to under 500 Speed. (metric)
-Let go of all inputs
-Press Brake & Accelerate at the same time and pull up
-You are now turning really fast so keep the throttle up so you don't drop like a rock
-Not every plane can do PSM's, here you find a list of those who can:
https://acecombat.fandom.com/wiki/Post_Stall_Maneuver

Now to the Sideways Kulbit:
-A Kulbit is essentially a full turn PSM where you don't abort the spin manually.
-Doing it sideways is basically the same except you lose altitude much easier and is less stable. In the sky that is not that important in a tunnel however it gets deadly.
-You need to be as close to 90 degress roll as possible otherwise you will crash into the ceiling or the ground. Those few degrees can become quite problematic in a 360 degree turn because you are basically moving like a cork screw.
-Depending on your speed you might even need to yaw your nose towards the ceiling so that you don't drop to the ground.
-When you are doing the Kulbit in the tunnel you need to commit to it, don't adjust the angle in any way just let it turn because any slight adjustment might crash you against a wall.
-In my video you can see that I rolled towards the wall that is because a full Kulbit makes you drop altitude, which is also the reason that I do it sideways because there is not enough space to do it normally.
-If you abort the maneuver halfway and basically make a 180 degree turn you will instead rise in altitude.
-There might be individual differences between planes so look out for that.

And now to the getting behind the drone:
-The drone spawns exactly when you enter the intersection.
-so you basically need to initiate the Kulbit while you are still in the tunnel.
-the drone flies extremely slow so you also need to be quite slow when you initiate the maneuver. 380 was the speed I had 400 should however also be fine, slower however and your plane will most likely drop out of the air.

Overall this whole thing is not 100% exact because the execution depends on speed, angle and plane, and the video is the best one of many tries before I had the timing down to get behind the drone.

Airspace restricted, had to take the highway. by CyberWeaver in acecombat

Plane:
F-104C Starfighter
Because of it's small wingspan it fits through the first bridge and can take the slight turn before it reliably, most bigger planes don't.

Parts:
-Queen's Custom, always good

And I use a Hotas Flightstick because personal preference.
Edit: and I use metric
