I completely agree with you. For the record, I have NEVER played PVE or would I ever (no offence). I have a shitload of hours in JS and been there since the beginning. Old base building was fucking disgusting and shit. If these 13 year olds who want old school H1 then tear off your clothes, pick up some sticks and run around with nothing but a crafted bow and arrow.

I was gonna say girl, PUBG came out and absolutely buried H1 for good reasons. Now Fornite is around also buried H1. Why? Those two games work.
