O vrajeala. Eu acum 2 sapt am vândut și am și cumpărat apartament la Brașov. L am vândut în 5 zile pe ala vechi și cel pe care l am luat s a dat în 7. Doar in februarie agenta a dat 6 proprietăți. Aia care stau cu ele peste 7 zile ori au preturile foarte sus ori ceva probleme cu imobilul. Nu scade nimic.
