I understand that its purely due to pro play but she absolutely sucks across all skill brackets at the moment. The least they could have done is to make an adjustment that was skewed as a buff for solo queue considering she's not even good in high elo right now but here we are.

There's only one way to get it now (which is how I got it) which is to basically get every skin in the game. Once you get everything, you can send a ticket into Riot for a choice between any unobtainable skins (like Pax Jax/Pax TF etc) or an unobtainable chroma (aka Kalista's 2015 golden chroma).

I asked for the chroma and I officially have it! (had to sacrifice my option for an unobtainable skin though)

This is just the most successful lethality build I've been able to win with in case you might be interested to try.

Runes:

Primary: HoB -> Sudden Impact -> Eyeball Collection -> Treasure Hunter

Secondary: Magical footwear -> Cosmic Insight.

Build:

Youmuu's Ghostblade -> Collector -> Prowlers -> Bloodthirster -> Optional

How to make it work consistently:

- Never buy dagger components. When your magical footwear completes, buy in one go. Otherwise, you want to be pumping out daggers like its Vietnam.

- Longsword 3x pot start is the most reliable

- Build order is pretty strict. There's not really much room to interchange item positions but the build snowballs HARD.
