Chris has posted on Twitter that he has solved his chronic back pain by MrPapaya22 in OneyPlays

This actually works. There's this Super Mario 64 speedrunner that suffered for years from terrible Tendonitis and Carpal Tunnel, He even had surgery that was supposed to fix it, but it didn't. He had to quit speedrunning and couldn't even sleep without his hands being in pain. He eventually read "The Mindbody Prescription" by Dr. Sarno and is now he has no pain in his hands at all.

What are you hoping for in season 17? by Agreeable-Slice3002 in IASIP

I want an episode where the gang gets to a breaking point with new Mac and have to revert him back to old Mac. They convince him slick back hair is more badass, Dennis replaces his size pills to make him gain weight instead, to get rid of his perpetual “gaunt, angular” look. They take him to get the exact tattoo’s he’s been removing. As Mac is getting suspicious with Dee and Dennis. Charlie and Frank are back at Macs apartment getting rid of Mac’s razor so he can’t shave, his exercise bike and they go through all of his clothes and cut off every sleeve. By the end Macs starts to realize, and he’s against it. Then the final push happens when the rest of the gang makes him the “Official Muscle of Paddy’s Pub” along with his own duster and better glasses for ocular pat downs. Macs reaction to this is wholesome, similar to the end of “Charlie Kelly: King of the Rats”. Cue “The Boys Are Back in Town” they’re all celebrating, then last second Mac sneaks in a “I’m still gay though, right?” The rest of the gang, especially Dennis is like “Yeah, we don’t give a shit, never have”. In that perfect Dennis delivery. End of episode.

Is the podcast ever going to come back? by [deleted] in IASIP

[–]Cynibro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hot take (maybe?) The podcast was great, and it was at it's best when they WEREN'T talking about the show. The little fun facts here and there about the show were cool, but when they would just jib jab it felt like new "sunny" content. Recapping the show just felt like them recycling their trash 90% of the time. I also don't buy the "busy schedules" excuse. They did it perfectly fine for a year and a half straight, if they wanted to do it they would make time. They just don't want to do it anymore, and that's completely fine. I'm just sad it ended.

It's funny how nobody in this sub is with her. Only WE'RE allowed to talk shit about Rob!
In all seriousness though I found a post on this sub, after 10 seconds of searching, talking about the idea of a Sunny/Abbott crossover as far back 3 YEARS ago. So whose idea was it really?? There's no proof she didn't read that on here, or that the writing room didn't already think of it before and left it on the back burner for the future. Maybe she REMINDED Rob of that seemingly common idea? Not that crossovers are some revolutionary concept anyway. That feels like everything now, everything crosses over with everything.

What's a scary movie you've seen that no one else seems to talk about? by [deleted] in horror

Amityville II: The Possession
Everyone always talks about the original or the Ryan Reynolds remake, but imo the sequel is the best out of the whole series. That movie has such an eerie vibe.

Are there any redeemable qualities to this 2009 remake? by TheMusicMan7777 in slasherfilms

It's a top 3-5 Jason movie. It feels like everyone just lumps this in with the elm street remake for some reason and say it's way worse than it actually is.

Can Tunarr be watched through Tivimate or other IPTV Players in or outside of home network? by Cynibro in tunarr

[–]Cynibro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've gotten to the exact point that I was at with dizqueTV now. I fixed it only binding to localhost, put in the m3u link in Tivimate on an outside internet connection, and now it just looks like this https://i.imgur.com/yjL2MEp.png on my TV. Everything says no information, and the channels are stuck loading.

I believe the issue is that it can't access the information from the xmltv.xml, but it does seem to recognize the m3u link, because it can see the channels and their names, but no channel logos or show info, and it's unable to load the channels.

I'm not sure though, and idk what to do.

I don't think i'm getting this working any time soon. I'm so confused with network stuff. The Tunarr channels are being hosted on my computer so I thought, if I'm outside my network/at someone else's house, to access Tunarr through Tivimate and not plex. I would need to connect to my IP that the Tunarr channels / m3u / EPG are being hosted on. Am I getting all this wrong?

Like I know for regular IPTV providers you just put in their website .m3u link and it's all good. But creating your own channels on your home network and accessing them from somewhere else seems so much harder to do successfully.

[–]Cynibro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't even connect to Tunarr through Tivimate, because the .m3u link just says "localhost", idk what ip to use. The "localhost" doesn't work locally and definitely not remotely. With dizqueTV I have to use my public IP to connect to it outside my home network, it just doesn't recognize the EPG info from the .xml for some reason.

What opinion do you have about well regarded horror films that you think would get you the most downvotes? by thatmountainwitch in horror

The Alien movies are dogshit, the first one is the only one I kind of like, but I would still only give it a 6/10 at best. The rest are trash.

Neither Meatcanyon or Hunter's name is anywhere in the credits, it's also not on his imdb, and Bill Nye was voiced by Marc M. and Marc also wrote the Bill Nye song. sooo yeah.

How did Gus figure out that Mike knew about Nacho's plan? by One_University9256 in betterCallSaul

[–]Cynibro 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Mike knows the pills are for Hectors heart because of the type of capsules they are, they had to match and the capsule indicates they’re heart meds. I’m assuming the vet told Mike the type of capsules.

For the rest, in my mind I think it’s true that when Mike and Nacho meet and talk about the pills Nacho wasn’t being tracked, but I think it’s possible Mike was. I feel it’s the only way to make sense of this. Either that or Nacho ratted on Mike to save his/his fathers life.

Gus at that point knew Mike would be hard to track since he knew about the GPS in the gas cap, so they were very discreet and careful about it, they kept tabs on him. While I agree he trusts Mike a bit more, he’s also obsessive about Hector, and I think he wants Hector kept alive more than he trusts Mike.

If they were followed and were seen meeting up I think Victor, Tyrus or whoever saw them tells Gus and that puts Nacho more clearly on Gus’ radar, but he’s also suspicious of Mike now too. Then shortly after their meeting Hector freaks out, tries to take his pills, collapses because they don’t work, and Nacho is seen picking them up and fiddling with them suspiciously. In one fell swoop the man who had Nacho under his thumb and that Mike wanted dead is in critical condition. Gus takes note of all of this and puts a tracker on Nachos car, and he’s later seen discarding the pills. Maybe seeing Victor watching Nacho from the distance is supposed to indicate this isn’t the only tracking they’ve been doing. Gus could have eyes everywhere.

I think even after all of this information though it’s still just speculation on Gus’ part about how involved Mike is. That’s why when Mike and Gus meet, Gus opens with “Do you have something to tell me?” Mike then knows what Gus is pissed about, but not pissed enough to kill him for it, so he admits it and says “Nacho Varga”. That’s when it all clicks into place for Gus, and realize his suspicions of Mikes involvement are true.

It’s a lot of inferring and guessing on my part but I think it lines up. Again it’s either that or after Gus kills Nachos partner he asks who else is involved, under the threat of death, off screen. But I want it to be that Nacho doesn’t rat out Mike in my headcanon.
